Maybe not in a big way, yet.
According to the story here, Rel8tion was started in part by Peter Wilson.
The Seattle Times reports that Facebook’s spokesperson Jonny Thaw calls this a “talent acquisition.
“We’re excited to confirm that we recently completed a talent acquisition of Rel8tion, a stealth-mode startup in Seattle. The engineering team will join our growing Seattle office, and we’re looking forward to having them on board.”
The linked image included here is what is shows up in Google’s search engine cache. Seems that there is not much else known – or readily available about Rel8tion.
Rel8tion is billed as a company developing “hyper-local mobile advertising service”.
Another founder is Scott Hannan, who also happens to own the domain, rel8tion.com.
I wonder if there is any chance that Kristopher Brown, Nathaniel Brown, and Neal Brown are associated with Rel8tion. Anyone?
