Proto IO website lets you build, “prototype”, mobile websites quickly.
I’ll show you how I built a mobile website in less than 10 minutes – and that includes going back to include a Youtube video.
I literally had this site up in just minutes – of course, it is not the prettiest site there ever was. But, come on, for not reading any kind of help or following any instructions, I think it does a very good job.
One thing I don’t know – any maybe you do – is if the sites created are similar across mobile devices. Anyone?

Dave, probably the most reliable way to find out (beside testing with different devices, of course) is the “Opera Mobile Emulator” ( http://opera.com/developer/tools/ ). It may be installed on your system and run as a desktop application – saves a lot of time and bandwidth when testing more than one site. You may set all kinds of parameters and so simulate just about every thinkable device out there. Let’s know whether the OME did it for you.
